Lightweight cushioning for transport, storage, and export. BKD Plastik manufactures and exports high-density air bubble film, also known as bubbled nylon, for protecting fragile, sensitive, and high-value products during transport, warehousing, and international shipping. Produced using multi-layer co-extrusion technology, the film traps air between durable polyethylene layers. These air pockets absorb shocks and vibrations while helping prevent scratches and surface damage. Products are available for local distribution, container transport, and other export applications.
